Swine Flu has taken the whole world by storm, the virus is spreading faster then anything we have experienced before and people are panicking. In the UK itself, a huge amount of people have already contracted the virus and we have seen many deaths. The government has indicated that the virus could literally infect around 100k people a day within the next month.
There are also many fears that the virus could be infact developing a lot more. So lets have a prompt look at some of the ways that you can do away with being infected or help your body fight off the transmission.
Be Clean
First and most importantly try to wash your hands at regular intervals, the virus is all around us and by washing your hands you could be washing away the virus. Just think if you had the virus on your hands and then you went to eat something you would be spreading the germs into your body.
Stay Fit
I personally think that one of the best ways to stay fit is by playing a game of golf a few times a week. By playing golf you are going to be making your body and immune system a lot tougher, meaning you will be able to fight off the virus a lot quicker.
Eat Healthy
Again another thing you should do to strengthen up your immune system is actually eat healthy vegetables and healthy food. By clogging up your arteries with junk the white blood cells are going to find it much harder to circulate around.
Swine flu is going to affect all of us eventually, so try to take the necessary precautions to help.
